Max is President and Founder of LSQ Funding Group, L.C. Prior to founding LSQ Funding
Group, Max served as a Commercial Banking Officer with NationsBank.
Roger Allen
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Roger is responsible for Managing our Underwriting, Credit and Operations
Teams. With over 20 years of experience in the factoring and financial services industry, Roger has
an extensive background in Risk Management and Factoring Operations.
Tyler Grady
Chief Development Officer
As Chief Development Officer and Executive Vice President, Tyler is responsible for executive business development and strategic alliances. Prior to joining LSQ, he served as a Senior Vice President in the Credit Risk Management area at Bank of America California.
Anthony J. Oresteen
Chief Information Officer/CTO
As Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President, Tony is responsible for information
management technology. Prior to joining LSQ, he served as CIO for Bank of America Commercial
Finance, a division of Bank of America.
Robert Santagado,CPA
Chief Accounting Officer, CPA
Robert is responsible for all of the company's accounting and financial reporting. Robert has been
with LSQ since the company's inception in 1996. Prior to joining LSQ, Robert served as an accounting
administrator for a 500 employee firm in Altamonte Springs, FL.
Alan W. Ruud
Application Systems Manager
Alan is responsible for the technical support of the day to day operations of LSQ Funding Group. Alan
brings over 17 years of Information Technology experience from EDS, Andersen Consulting and OAO Technologies.
